New Construction

This chapter of the course will focus closely on FINANCING, CNOSTRUCTION, and CONTRACTING, as well as other key factors for building properties. You'll learn how to start a new construction build from start to finish, different strategies on how to underwrite a deal, how to work with hard money/private money lenders, how to purchase the lot, pull permits, and manage the construction .. all the way to the closing table with a sale or refinance.
